"The Healthiest Sport in the World"

SquashRocs - Mercy Squash Club

The Mercy Squash Club is open to all students in grades 6-12. We practice after school through the fall and winter seasons, September through Februrary. We play individual and team matches against other Rochester groups and Buffalo. The club is run in a relaxed fun way, where you will be encouraged to do your best.

Squash has been nominated as the 'healthiest' sport, can be played all year round and is a sport for life. For more information about squash, see the rest of this website and the main schools page.
